Job summary

Sta. Elena Properties, Inc. in Cabuyao, Laguna invites motivated students to join as Human Resources Intern.

You will support records management, recruitment, and HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate setting. The internship requires currently enrolled students pursuing HRM, Psychology, or Business Administration, with 300 to 600 hours to complete and proficiency in MS Office. You must start immediately and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student pursuing HRM, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Required to render 300 to 600 hours as part of internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Records Management: filing and organizing HR documents and onboarding paperwork.
• Recruitment Support: source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• HR Operations & Admin: maintain employee records, track attendance and leave.
• Employee Engagement: assist in planning company events and fellowship activities.
• Special Projects: assist HR team with initiatives and process automation.
