Overview of the role
To provide skills and knowledge to Student Training through actual office work, practice, and exposure. Support allPeople and Culturefacets (recruitment, admin, employee relations), manageday-to-dayPnCoperations, process documentation on all employee movement, documents (201 file management), and updates HRIS.
Main duties include:
Talent Acquisition
- Conduct reference checking using TA distro e-mail and do follow-ups when necessary
- Responsible for 201 filing and scanning of necessary documents
- Participate in Job Fairs if necessary
- Immerse in talent sourcing usingJobstreetand ATS.
- Routines would alsoincludeshadowing & conducting initial interviews
PeopleDelivery
- Releasing ofSt. Peter Docs,COEand Last Paydocuments
- Responsible in checking Asana request forGreenhouse OB deployment
- Responsible in addingapprovedGreenhouseOB leave creditsin BHR
- Assistsin Incident Reports
- Prepare andassistscompletion ofGovernment Statutorydocuments(SSS,Philhealthand Pag-Ibig).
HR Business Partner
- Progress review audit and follow ups
- Assistsin CSR andBCorpInitiatives
- Assistsin reviewing PDs and follow ups accordingly
- Creates communication as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrationmajorin HRDM, Psychology, and other relevant courses.
- Memorandum of Agreement from the School
- Endorsement Letter from the School
- Willingto undergo at least 350 hours of practicum training on a 7 AM to 4 PM from Monday - Friday schedule
