Job summary

Key deliverables include reviewing and mapping the current onboarding journey, identifying processes for AI enhancement, developing AI-enabled onboarding resources, creating a centralized onboarding knowledge base, recommending improvements for new hire engagement, and measuring impact on onboarding efficiency and employee experience.
