Job summary

CGI (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking an HR Reporting and Analytics Specialist to deliver accurate HR and Talent Acquisition reporting, analytics, and insights. You will partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and TA to develop reports, monitor HR metrics, and drive data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes data integrity, automation, and governance in a hybrid mid-shift schedule based in Taguig. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of HR reporting/analytics experience, strong Excel expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field or analytics.
• 2–5 years of HR reporting/analytics experience in BPO or multinational.
• Experience supporting HRBPs and HR leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HR metrics, reporting methodologies, and planning.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization proficiency (Power BI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate HR and TA reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for HRBPs and leaders.
• Analyze HR metrics: headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, etc.
• Identify trends and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Design interactive dashboards using Excel and other tools.
• Ensure data accuracy across ATS, HRIS, and reporting databases.
• Partner with HR, TA, Finance to translate needs into reports.
• Produce executive-level HR/TA metrics and insights.
