Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) in the Philippines seeks an HR Reports Analyst to centralize HR and Recruitment analytics, transforming manual reporting into structured, insight-driven outputs.

You will own all reporting, ensure data integrity, and enable real-time visibility for strategic decision-making. The role focuses on payroll, headcount, attrition, onboarding, and engagement metrics, with dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in reporting, HR analytics, or recruitment analytics.
Experience supporting mid to large-scale global workforces is preferred.
Background in BPO, offshore staffing, or shared services is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Act as the single point of ownership for Recruitment and HR reporting.
Consolidate data across HRIS, ATS, payroll, and engagement tools into dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.
Maintain structured data repositories and reporting templates.
Develop and manage reports across payroll, benefits, headcount, attrition, onboarding, and engagement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring demand vs fulfillment.
Design and maintain real-time dashboards for HR, Recruitment, and leadership.
Present data clearly and enable self-service reporting where applicable.
Support compliance reporting and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency.
