Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking an HR Helpdesk Associate to be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering excellent service on payroll, benefits, policies, and records. You will manage inquiries via phone, email, chat, or tickets and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires strong communication, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to meet SLAs while supporting service-improvement initiatives within the HR delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in HR Shared Services, HR Helpdesk, Customer Service, or HR Operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems, or case management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Provide guidance on payroll, benefits, leave, and HR policies.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and employee records.
• Process employee data updates and HR transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to HR specialists and leaders as required.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR service delivery team.
