Responsibilities

• Managed the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Post job vacancies through appropriate recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.
• Organize orientation sessions for new hires and ongoing learning initiatives for existing staff.
• Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with external training providers or consultants when necessary.
• Assist in promoting a positive organizational culture through communication and engagement initiatives.
• Support conflict resolution efforts between employees or between staff and management.
• Address employee concerns, complaints, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Help ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across departments.
• Maintain and organize 201 employee files in accordance with legal and company standards.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of all employee records.
