Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology or Business Course.
• Experience in Payroll / CompBen and Employee Relations.
• Knowledge in Reporting and computer literate.
• Must be resident of Valenzuela or Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily HR Operations, covering Recruitment, onboarding, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, and Compliance.
• Act as the primary contact for HR queries, ensuring policies are followed, maintaining records.
• Support the Performance Management of employees, to foster a positive, productive workplace.
