Job summary

Ricoh (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support full HR functions in a dynamic environment. You will handle payroll, onboarding, records management, and employee relations while ensuring statutory compliance and data confidentiality.

The role requires a degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years of experience, and familiarity with TimeSoft Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors. You will collaborate across teams to drive people initiatives and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably Generalist.
• Hands-on payroll administration and regulatory compliance experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment law and regulations.
• Experience with TimeSoft Payroll System; SAP SuccessFactors advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High accuracy, confidentiality, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, records management, and offboarding.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate year-end tax filing and statutory reporting (IR8A, IR21, CPF).
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes (insurance, medical).
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare HR documentation (contracts, confirmations, promotions, salary letters).
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Support HR projects, training, wellness, and process improvements.
• Provide HR operations support for efficient office running.
