Job summary

Robert Brown Wear Inc. in Quezon City is seeking an HR Generalist to maintain the organization chart, manage headcount, support onboarding, performance evaluations, and develop KPIs with department heads.

This on-site role requires collaboration across departments and strict confidentiality. You will assist with SOP standardization, employee relations, succession planning, training needs analysis, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist or related HR functions.
• Knowledge of KPI/KRA, organizational development, and HR documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (Sprout).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the Organizational Chart weekly reflecting movements.
• Monitor headcount for all office and production staff, incl. hires, transfers, separations.
• Assist in performance evaluations and proper documentation.
• Develop KPIs and KRAs with department heads.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Assist in SOP development and standardization across departments.
• Manage employee relations concerns with documentation and follow-up.
• Support succession planning with potential successors.
• Identify training needs and recommend programs for growth.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain manpower, structure, and development records.
• Facilitate New Employee Orientation to introduce policies and culture.
• Assist in HR data entry in Sprout, including attendance and records.
• Perform other related tasks to support HR operations.
