Job summary

Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist in Manila to handle payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations.

You will partner with business units to ensure HR services align with organizational goals, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with local laws. The role requires 4–6 years of HR generalist experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or BS Psychology or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of direct HR generalist experience.
• Working knowledge of payroll systems and local employment laws.
• Strong communication and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across payroll administration, recruitment, training and employee relations.
• Supervise payroll function, statutory deductions and claims, and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Prepare HR documents: offers, confirmations, transfers, promotions and warnings.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and interviews for management levels.
• Oversee induction programs and training needs analysis.
• Provide HR advisory support to business units and monitor workplace effectiveness.
