Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an HR Generalist to support our People First culture in the Philippines. The role focuses on NTE review, investigations, DOLE case handling, and advising stakeholders on people-related issues.

You will conduct FGDs and policy roadshows, manage data accuracy, and address employee grievances while working on-site with a night shift/rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level).
• Has a strong background in employee/labor relations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Can work independently.
• Willing to work on site and on a night shift/rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Do NTE review and validation.
• Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing. You will make the recommendation for the decision. Ensure that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct.
• Handle DOLE cases, be in charge of data management, and data accuracy.
• Act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people related issues / concerns.
• Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows.
• Handle employee grievances.
