Job summary

TaskUs is a leading provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience. We are seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee employee relations and ensure policy adherence across our global team.

You will manage HR programs, drive employee engagement initiatives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, People First environment. Night shifts or rotating schedules are part of the role to support our 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a BPO, generalist or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience in leading employee engagement and labor relations.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
• Willing to work night shift or rotating schedule.
• Ability to handle employee inquiries and complex matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Handles due process documents and admin hearings.
• Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Administers HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, and performance management.
• Addresses employment-related inquiries and refers complex matters to appropriate staff.
• Attends disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and best practices.
• Keeps knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a HR Supervisor, You Will

What does an HR Supervisor really do? Think of yourself as the primary person who will be in charge of taking care of the employees,

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations.

• Handles due process documents and proceedings such as admin hearings, and the like
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management,
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level).
• Experience in leading employee engagement.
• Strong background in employee engagement/labor relations
• Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and analytical skills.
• Can lead a cross-functional team, work independently, and someone who's willing to work on night shift or rotating schedule
