Job summary

Treasure Island Industrial Corporation in Cebu City seeks an HR Employee Wellness & Wellbeing Officer to coordinate wellness initiatives and support psychosocial wellbeing of staff. The role focuses on addressing welfare concerns and facilitating programs that improve physical, emotional and social well-being at work.

You will ensure programs align with company values and policies, maintain confidentiality, and document interventions while driving a healthy, engaged workplace.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, other Social Sciences or any related course.
• 1-4 years' experience in Employee Wellness & Wellbeing addressing employee welfare through supportive programs initiatives.
• Experience in initiating and managing programs that promote a healthy, supportive, safe, and engaging workplace is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Addressing employee welfare concerns, coordinating employee assistance initiatives, supporting psychosocial wellbeing, and facilitating programs that enhance employees' physical, emotional, social, and overall quality of work life.
• Ensures that employee welfare programs are aligned with the organization's values, policies, and business objectives, while maintaining confidentiality and appropriate documentation of employee concerns and interventions.
