Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an Analyst, HR Data & Technology to join its Global HR Technology and Analytics team to optimize HR systems and data governance. This role focuses on SuccessFactors Employee Central, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and HR stakeholders.

The successful candidate will support system improvements, data integrity, and training for HR processes, enabling a better employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a multinational organization.
• 3+ years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide global data support in SuccessFactors Employee Central, including org structure and employee data.
• Ensure adherence to field configurations across global and country-specific requirements.
• Support complex organizational data changes and intercompany transfers.
• Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and assist with HR system testing and upgrades.
• Assist with audits and maintain data governance and documentation.
