• Coordinate interview, onboarding, training, benefits, and schedules.
• Maintain HR calendars, trackers, reports, and document status.
• Follow up requirements with employees, candidates, and departments.
• Organize meetings, files, and HR communications.
• Support the HR team with administrative coordination.
