The ideal candidate holds a related degree, 0–1 year of recruitment or admin experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role offers growth within a fast-paced hiring team and requires confidentiality with candidate data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 0–1 year of recruitment or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization and follow-up skills.
• Recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, or coordination experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets and recruitment systems.
• Able to handle candidate information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews, assessments, meetings and recruitment events.
• Maintain applicant records, reports and interview feedback status.
• Communicate instructions and updates to candidates and hiring teams.
• Coordinate documentation, offers and onboarding handover.
• Monitor recruitment deadlines and pending actions.
