Job summary

China Banking Corporation (CBC) in Manila seeks an HR Officer to coordinate with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR to ensure timely processing of employees' statutory benefits, taxes, and government-related concerns. The role also handles employee loan processing and monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have a business-related degree and experience in HR operations, statutory benefits, payroll, and government compliance, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Accounting, or any business-related course.
• Experience in HR operations, statutory benefits, payroll, or government compliance.
• Experience dealing with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regarding employee benefits and regulatory requirements.
• Process TIN applications for newly hired employees.
• Prepare and submit BIR Form 2316 and Alpha list and issue 2316 certifications to employees.
• Process tax exemption certificates for deceased employees, as applicable.
• Assist employees with government-related concerns and transactions.
• Process and monitor salary and calamity loan applications, renewals, and stoppages.
