Job summary

CW Marketing & Development Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist to handle recruitment, staff administration, and payroll processes for our Manila-area operations. The role covers plantilla management, timekeeping, attendance reporting, and benefits enrollment with strong emphasis on compliance and accurate record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or related field, solid communication skills, and the ability to work six days a week with a shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

• Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code is an advantage.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to work six days a week, shifting schedule, and on holidays.

Responsibilities

• Implements day to day activities of the HR department including recruitment, plantilla management, timekeeping and payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee and labor relations and rewards and recognition.
• Monitors branch plantilla and maintains 201 files for agency-based and suppliers’ employees.
• Checks and validates daily attendance and timekeeping, prepares payroll-related reports, and addresses salary concerns.
• Coordinates with head office compensation and benefits for filing and enrollment of government benefits and loans.
• Conducts performance appraisal feedback and computes HR grade for evaluations.
• Generates monthly attendance reports, handles disciplinary communications, exit interviews, and performs HR/administrative tasks as needed.
