Megaworld Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist with a Psychology background to support Talent Acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and engagement initiatives in Metro Manila. The role involves maintaining confidentiality and coordinating HR processes across departments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related experience or fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Engagement; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR practices, and office procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
