About the Role

We are looking for an HR Associate, based in CALABARZON/NCR, who will support day-to-day human resources operations and help ensure smooth, well-organized people processes across the organization. The role involves coordinating closely with employees, managers, and external partners to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.

The HR Associate will assist in recruitment activities, interview coordination, and onboarding processes. The role also includes maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and benefits coordination, assisting with compliance requirements, and handling general HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and approachable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment, or people operations is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
• Proficient in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets; familiarity with HR systems is a plus
