We are seeking a talented and organised HR Associate to join our Human Resources team at our office in Cainta, Rizal. This is a full-time, project-based position that offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our human resources operations and contributing to the development of our growing workforce.
As an HR Associate, you will work alongside our HR team to deliver essential HR services across the organisation. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational HR functions that directly impact employee satisfaction, compliance, and organisational effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to develop their HR career with a forward-thinking company.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining employee records in compliance with data protection regulation
Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with Recruiters and candidates
Support employee onboarding activities including preparing documentation
Maintain and update employee databases and HR information systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all records
Support the preparation of HR reports and metrics to track recruitment, retention, and other key HR functions
Handle employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex matters to senior HR staff as required
Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, including employment law updates and policy implementation
Perform other general administrative duties as assigned by the HR team
A completed diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards
Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations is highly desirable
Previous experience in the construction or general services sector is an advantage
