Job summary

Presam Construction & General Services, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Associate to support and manage the centralized hiring process across multiple departments.

You will coordinate sourcing, screening, and hiring activities to ensure consistency with company standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Psychology and at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with strong MS Excel and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process.
• Proactive and resourceful.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel.
• Good interpersonal and time management skills.
• Can work under pressure.
• Willing to work at Cainta Rizal.
• Can start as soon as possible.
