Filinvest Group is seeking a capable HR Administration professional to support competency-based systems and policy development. The role collaborates with SMEs and BU HR Heads to update competency frameworks, SOPs, and policy libraries across the organization.

Responsibilities include coordinating assessments, maintaining data, and preparing dashboards for leadership review. Strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; fresh graduates with internship or project exposure may be considered.
• Experience or exposure to competency-based HR systems and policy documentation is a plus.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong data management, documentation, and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative support for competency-based HR systems and policy development.
• Assist in maintaining competency frameworks and documenting SOPs and guidelines.
• Coordinate with SMEs and HR Heads on policy reviews and governance.
• Prepare dashboards and analytics for OD Manager/Head review.
• Ensure proper filing and accessibility of HR policies in shared platforms.
