Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR consulting or organizational development experience.
• Strong HR knowledge and client-facing experience.
• Experience supervising junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client engagements related to human capital and workforce planning.
• Supervise junior team members and ensure quality outputs.
• Develop reports and presentations aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct HR trend benchmarking and analysis.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for information gathering and status reporting.
• Assist in workshops, training sessions, or stakeholder engagements.
• Maintain documentation and project tracking.
• Contribute to internal knowledge building and process improvements.
