Qualifications

• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Degree in Economics, Real Estate, Business, Finance, Statistics, Market Research, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in market research, economic analysis, real estate/housing research, data analytics, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of housing and economic markets, trends, indicators, and demographics.
• Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Able to present complex data clearly and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct housing and economic market research using primary sources and official data.
• Analyze market trends and indicators to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare concise reports and briefings for internal/external audiences.
• Develop templates and content for investor communications and market reports.
• Create newsletters, reports, presentations, and scripts communicating data accessibly.
• Collaborate to identify data needs and tailor research to projects.
• Work with designers to develop charts, infographics, and visuals.
• Monitor key data trends and maintain an up-to-date database.
• Manage time-sensitive research requests and deadlines.
• Assist in client campaigns featuring timely market insights.
