Job summary

Colliers Philippines is seeking a market research analyst to conduct qualitative and quantitative studies and produce insightful reports. You will gather data via fieldwork and interviews, manage databases, and analyze market trends using both numerical and qualitative approaches.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in market research, consultancy, or real estate development, and has strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in market research, consultancy, or real estate development.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Power BI and GIS is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to understand and interpret data.
• Awareness of latest news and current events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies and reports.
• Gather data using primary and secondary methods, including fieldwork and interviews.
• Manage and regularly update databases.
• Analyze market patterns and trends using quantitative and qualitative approaches.
• Assist in preparation of macroeconomic analyses and market studies.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
