Job summary

Acclime is seeking a Market Research and Communications Specialist to conduct housing and economic market research, analyze trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. The role produces research reports, investor communications, newsletters, and client-facing materials while upholding the brand and strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with internal teams and designers to create data visualizations, support campaigns, and deliver timely insights.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Real Estate, Business, Finance, Statistics, Market Research, Communications, or a related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in market research, economic analysis, real estate/housing research, data analytics, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of housing and economic markets, market trends, economic indicators, and demographic data
• Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills
• Ability to present complex data and research findings in clear, concise, and accessible content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Strong report writing, data storytelling, and presentation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with data visualization tools
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Ability to maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct, accuracy, and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Conduct housing and economic market research using primary sources, government databases, industry reports, and other reliable resources.
• Analyze and interpret market trends, economic indicators, and demographic data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and briefings summarizing market research findings for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop standardized templates and content for investor communications, market reports, and client updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Create written content for newsletters, reports, presentations, video scripts, and other communication materials, clearly communicating complex data in an accessible format.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify data requirements and tailor research efforts to specific projects and business objectives.
• Work with graphic designers to develop charts, infographics, and visual aids that effectively present data and insights.
• Monitor and track key housing and economic data trends while maintaining an up-to-date database for ongoing analysis.
• Ensure communication materials align with the company’s brand, messaging, and strategic objectives.
• Assist in planning and executing client communication campaigns featuring timely market insights and data-driven storytelling.
• Manage time-sensitive research requests and deliver accurate findings within tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working outside normal business hours when necessary to meet project and communication deadlines.
• Perform additional research and communication duties as needed to support the company’s market intelligence and communication strategy.
