Colliers Philippines, a leading global real estate services company, seeks a Research Analyst to conduct qualitative and quantitative market research, gather data, manage databases, and analyze market trends.

You will prepare macroeconomic analyses and market studies, support reports, and assist with ad hoc tasks. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ experience, with strong Excel skills and communication.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in market research, consultancy, or real estate development preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Power BI, GIS, AutoCAD is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies and reports.
• Gather data using primary and secondary methods, including fieldwork and interviews.
• Managing and regularly updating databases.
• Analyzing market patterns and trends using quantitative and qualitative approaches.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports such as macroeconomic analysis and market studies.
• Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned.
