Job summary

EastWest Bank is seeking an MIS Officer to support housing loan data preparation, consolidation, and analysis to aid business decision-making. You will ensure accuracy of MIS reports and provide timely insights for management.

Responsibilities include monitoring pipelines, bookings, portfolio trends, delinquencies, and ensuring regulatory and internal reporting to BSP and stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and pursue report automation to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder from a 4 or 5 year course.
• 3+ years of MIS or sales-support experience.
• Detail oriented and analytical with high data accuracy.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-driven with data issue resolution.
• Strong time management and ability to work under deadlines.
• Collaborative, effective communicator, and data privacy compliant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Housing Loans.
• Monitor housing loan performance: pipelines, bookings, portfolio trends, and delinquencies.
• Consolidate data and support systems, integrating branches, credit, and operations.
• Ensure regulatory and internal reporting compliance, including BSP submissions.
• Collaborate across teams to improve reports via automation and MIS enhancements.
