Qualifications

• Graduate of any Statistical/Business-related course.
• Strong analytical and MIS skills.
• Working knowledge of Basic Banking Practices, Policies and Relevant Regulatory Concerns.
• Proficient MS Office knowledge.
• Familiarity with Accounting and Financial Principles and Fraud Detection.

Responsibilities

• Generate, validate, and distribute reports accurately and timely.
• Provide reports for strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in automation initiatives of existing SAS programs for efficiency and error reduction.
• Troubleshoot SAS program errors and recommend MIS updates for report consistency & efficiency.
• Maintain customer-centric culture and relay feedback to management on issues, including but not limited to customer needs, complaints, fraudulent transactions, and suspicious accounts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations of the Bank, BSP, and other external regulatory bodies.
• Implement audit & quality control measures.

In this role, you are responsible for generating & distributing accurate periodic & ad hoc reports promptly, as well as providing essential analysis based on empirical historical data to aid the Division in decision-making.

What The Role Will Entail
