Qualifications

• Graduate of any Statistical/Business-related course.
• Strong analytical and MIS skills.
• Working knowledge on Basic Banking Practices, Policies and Regulatory Concerns.
• Proficient MS Office knowledge; familiarity with Accounting and Financial Principles and Fraud Detection.

Responsibilities

• Generate, validate, and distribute reports accurately and timely
• Provide reports for strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance
• Participate in automation initiatives of existing SAS Programs for efficiency and error reduction
• Troubleshoot both simple & complex SAS program errors and recommend MIS updates for report consistency & efficiency
• Maintain customer-centric culture and relay feedback to management on issues, including but not limited to customer needs, complaints, fraudulent transactions, and suspicious accounts
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations of the Bank, BSP, and other external regulatory bodies
• Implement audit & quality control measures

Our Consumer Lending team is looking for fresh graduates to join us in Taguig in the role of MIS Officer.

In this role, you are responsible for generating & distributing accurate periodic & ad hoc reports promptly, as well as providing essential analysis based on empirical historical data to aid the Division in decision‑making.
