Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, and/or Information Science or related fields.
• 1–2 years in Banking, Collections, or related field preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn, make phone calls, and coordinate with banks and clients.
• Experience in outbound call-outs and client follow-ups.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Process bank financing and refinancing accounts for a bank within standard processing time.
• Communicate with clients and partner banks via phone, email, or face-to-face to address concerns and gather documentation.
• Ensure service requests are resolved within set turnaround times.
• Submit daily productivity/accomplishment reports to the Customer Financing-Bank Team Lead.
