Job summary

Filinvest Land, Inc. in Pasig is seeking a Customer Financing-Bank Associate to assist clients applying for housing loans. You will coordinate with buyers and partner banks to ensure financing applications are prepared and processed within standard timelines.

The role requires strong verbal communication, willingness to learn, and proactive follow-up with banks and clients. Work is onsite in Ortigas, Pasig, with MONDAY–FRIDAY 8:00 AM–5:48 PM and probationary/regular employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, or Information Science.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Banking or Collections.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willing to learn, make phone calls, and coordinate with banks and clients.
• Experience in outbound call-outs and client follow-ups.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Process bank financing and refinancing accounts for banks within standard processing time.
• Communicate with buyers and partner banks via phone, email or in person to collect documents and address concerns.
• Ensure assigned service requests are resolved within turnaround time.
• Send daily productivity reports to team lead.
