Princess Jolliant Corporation is seeking a proactive Sanitation Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across production areas, ensure compliance with HACCP/ISO standards, and lead a team of sanitation staff.

You will coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams, train staff on proper procedures and safety, maintain sanitation records, and drive continuous improvements to efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

o Supervise and coordinate sanitation staff to ensure effective cleaning schedules are followed.

o Assign daily cleaning tasks, monitor team performance, and provide guidance and feedback.

o Train staff on proper cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety practices.

2. Sanitation Oversight

o Ensure all production areas, utensils, equipment, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly.

o Monitor adherence to cleaning checklists and schedules.

o Inspect completed sanitation tasks to verify compliance with standards.

3. Chemical & Equipment Management

o Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of cleaning chemicals.

o Monitor the maintenance and proper operation of cleaning tools and equipment.

o Report defective or damaged equipment for repair or replacement.

4. Quality & Compliance

o Ensure compliance with company hygiene policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, ISO).

o Identify areas of risk for contamination and implement preventive measures.

o Maintain accurate sanitation records for audits and inspections.

5. Coordination & Communication

o Coordinate sanitation activities with production, quality, and warehouse teams to minimize disruptions.

o Communicate issues, progress, or deviations to supervisors or management promptly.

o Serve as the point of contact for sanitation-related inquiries.

6. Reporting & Documentation

o Maintain logs of completed cleaning activities, chemical usage, and inspection results.

o Prepare periodic reports on sanitation performance, compliance, and team productivity.

7. Safety & Workplace Organization

o Enforce safety protocols including the use of PPE and safe handling of chemicals.

o Ensure sanitation areas are organized, hazard-free, and safe for staff.

8. Process Improvement

o Identify inefficiencies or recurring issues in sanitation operations.

o Recommend and implement improvements to increase cleaning efficiency, safety, and compliance.
