• Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff, assigning duties, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to maintain productivity and quality.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability, proper maintenance, and cost control.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met, and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational efficiency to meet financial goals.
• Liaise with clients, respond to feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction with cleaning services provided.

Qualifications
