Job summary

One Tagaytay Place Hotel Suites is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to organize daily staffing, assign room attendants, and ensure smooth operations in the hotel. You will brief the team on daily activities and address issues promptly.

You will enforce uniform and name tag standards, oversee VIP room readiness, maintain inventory, and safeguard guest belongings. Regularly review room allocations, store areas, and cleaning procedures to sustain high standards of safety,

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping supervision in a hotel
• Ability to brief staff and assign daily tasks
• Knowledge of safety, pest control and emergency procedures
• Attention to inventory, cleanliness and guest security

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily staffing schedules and work assignments to achieve smooth operation
• Briefs staff on daily activities and concerns, and resolves issues
• Ensure employees wear prescribed uniform with name tags
• Ascertains all housekeeping staff are aware of emergency, safety and pest control procedures
• Reviews room allocations and VIP room readiness prior to guest arrival
• Oversees cleaning procedures in guestrooms to ensure compliance
• Inspects VIP and blocked rooms, long-stay rooms and random vacant rooms
• Keeps linen and supply cabinets stocked and maintains mini-bar operations
• Ensures storeroom stock and prevents wasteful usage of cleaning solutions
• Collects and secures master keys; reviews reports and takes action
• Performs related duties as assigned by Assistant Executive Housekeeper
