Job summary

Seda Vertis North is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and uphold the highest cleanliness standards throughout the hotel. You will lead associates, monitor rooms and public areas, and ensure guest comfort and safety through rigorous service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality degree or equivalent, 2–3 years in a hotel environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleanliness standards, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for creating a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

As a key member of the Rooms Division team, you will be responsible for supervising housekeeping associates, maintaining service standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the department's commitment to exceptional service delivery.
