Job summary

Admiral Hospitality Management, Inc. seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain top cleanliness standards across guest rooms, corridors and public areas.

The role requires coordinating with Engineering and Front Office for room maintenance, addressing service complaints, training staff and managing inventories and budgets to optimise costs and ensure room availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work activities of all personnel under Housekeeping Department.
• Inspects guest rooms, hallways and public areas to maintain standards of cleanliness on a daily basis.
• Work closely with Engineering and Front Office teams for room rectification and maintenance.
• Investigates complaints on Housekeeping Service and takes corrective action.
• Conducts briefing, orientation and training of policies and procedures to Housekeeping personnel.
• Monitors Inventories and stocks to ensure adequate supplies are maintained and control expenses.
• Conducts Inventory of operating supplies and equipment and reports losses and breakages.
• Ensures the completion of deep cleaning projects and maintenance programs
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in Strategic Planning and Annual Opex and Capex Budget preparation.
• Monitors and updates status of Out of Order and Out of Service rooms to ensure availability of saleable rooms.
• Monitors hotel occupancy and forecast and prepares roster and scheduling based on operational requirements.
• Participates In Emergency Response and Security and Safety protocols.
