Job summary

BENCHSTONE ENTERPRISES INC in the Philippines is seeking an experienced housekeeping supervisor to lead and mentor housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning crews across hotel operations.

You will inspect guest rooms and public areas for hygiene compliance, coordinate with engineering for repairs, manage supplies and costs, and handle guest requests while ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in 4 or 5 star hotels, luxury resorts, or fine dining establishments.
• Very good English communication skills (spoken and basic written).
• Relevant hospitality, F&B, housekeeping, spa, or related background preferred.

• Resolve complaints, handle special or VIP requests, and coordinate with front desk or facility operations.
