Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to oversee room attendants and ensure cleanliness and safety standards on the guest floors and public areas. The role leads daily housekeeping activities and supports smooth operations during shifts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience, with leadership experience preferred, and reside in Tacloban or nearby areas. Immediate availability is desired.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, basic leadership, and clear communication skills.
• Residing in Tacloban or nearby areas.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and floor hallways to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper guest amenities before releasing rooms to the Front Office.
• Assign daily room quotas to room attendants, provide guidance, and assist with hands-on cleaning during high-occupancy periods.
• Monitor cart setups, track guest supplies and linen usage, and report low stock levels to management.
• Identify and immediately report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the Engineering department.
• Handle guest requests or complaints regarding room cleanliness quickly and professionally.
