About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join the JGQ Group of Companies team in San Fernando City, La Union. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across our hospitality facilities. As a Housekeeping team member, you will be instrumental in creating welcoming and immaculate environments that enhance the guest experience and reflect our commitment to excellence in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, corridors and public spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Perform daily housekeeping duties including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and sanitising all assigned areas
• Change linens, make beds and replenish guest room supplies including toiletries, towels and amenities
• Inspect rooms and facilities to identify maintenance issues and report them promptly to management
• Ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are properly maintained, stored and replenished as needed
• Follow established cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning products safely and effectively
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning requirements with professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain records of daily housekeeping activities and report any incidents or discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of housekeeping tasks and smooth operations
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations at all times
