Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or similar cleaning role within hospitality is valued.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks (lifting, bending, standing).

• Reliable, punctual with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, corridors and public spaces to the highest standards.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and sanitising.
• Change linens, make beds and replenish supplies (toiletries, towels, amenities).
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues to management.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored and replenished as needed.
• Follow cleaning protocols and use products safely and effectively.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain records of daily housekeeping activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
