A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in a home, hotel, or other establishments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized, organized, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust furniture, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Ensure cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly.
• Laundry and Linen Care: Wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed. Change bed linens and make beds according to housekeeping standards. Maintain stock of clean linens and replace them regularly.
• Organization and Maintenance: Organize and tidy living spaces, ensuring furniture and personal items are properly arranged. Report maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel. Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other necessary items.
• Guest and Family Support (for hotels or private households): Ensure guest rooms are clean, welcoming, and stocked with necessary amenities. Respond to special requests or preferences from guests or family members. Provide a high level of customer service, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment.
