Overview

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned areas within the hotel/establishment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Guest Rooms: Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Public Areas

• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells.
• Empty trash receptacles, dust surfaces, and vacuum carpets.
• Ensure that all areas are well-maintained and presentable.

Other Areas

• May be assigned to clean other areas such as offices, laundry rooms, or employee break rooms.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.

General Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.
