Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas (e.g., lobbies, hallways, restrooms).
• Replace bed linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.
• Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies (toiletries, linens, etc.).
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to supervisors for repair.
• Assist in laundry duties, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and clothing.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Follow cleaning schedules and ensure rooms are prepared for guests on time.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is preferred but not required; experience in a hotel, resort, or similar establishment is an advantage; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; willingness to adhere to company policies and standards; knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus.
