Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure excellent guest satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor daily arrivals, departures, room assignments, and occupancy status to maintain smooth front office operations.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments to ensure guest requests and operational needs are addressed promptly.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff members to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist in implementing hotel policies, procedures, and service standards while ensuring compliance with company regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving departmental and overall hotel performance targets.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience Level: At least 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in customer service and problem-solving.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of monitoring daily arrivals, departures, and room assignments; coordinating with various departments; and ensuring efficient hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
