We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to support the CEO in driving data-informed decision-making across our budget hotel operations. This role will develop a robust data management framework, create actionable analytics reports, generate business projections, and optimize room rates and pricing strategies based on market and operational data. The position will play a critical role in ensuring the company’s competitiveness, profitability, and sustainable growth in the Philippine hospitality market.
Design and implement a comprehensive data management framework ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of business data.
Establish governance standards, reporting processes, and KPIs aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Collect, clean, and analyze operational, financial, and market data to generate actionable insights.
Create regular business performance dashboards and executive reports for the CEO and senior management.
Develop forecasting models and business projections to support long-term strategy.
Analyze room occupancy, seasonal demand, competitor pricing, and other data points to recommend optimal room rates.
Support dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue while staying competitive in the budget hotel market.
Measure the financial impact of promotions, packages, and discount strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, marketing effectiveness, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align analytics with business objectives.
Support the CEO in preparing presentations, insights, and reports for stakeholders and board meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Revenue Analyst (hospitality industry experience preferred).
Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Knowledge of forecasting models, revenue management, or hotel pricing strategies is an advantage.
Strong critical thinking, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience supporting executive-level decision-making.
Knowledge of the Philippine hospitality and tourism market is a plus.
