Job summary

Vivere Hotel in Metro Manila (Muntinlupa area) is seeking an Audit Manager to oversee internal audit activities, strengthen controls, and ensure financial integrity across departments in the hospitality environment.

You will lead audits, collaborate with department heads, identify improvements, ensure accurate findings and timely corrective actions, and provide management with insights to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive audit experience, supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit principles, financial controls, risk management, and accounting processes.
• Experience in financial and operational auditing, ideally within hospitality or service industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across departments.
• High integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/audit systems or software.
