Job summary

Jeff and Jenny 88th Avenue Holdings OPC is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep hotel and commercial facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work; prompt response to maintenance requests and emergencies; and coordination with contractors while ensuring guest and tenant safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel, building, or commercial maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit; able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and committed to safety.
• Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
